Common Questions

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings inside the PositivePathways app, scroll to Account, and select Delete Account. If you have any trouble, email us at support@joinpositivepathways.com and we will take care of it for you within 48 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store can be managed and cancelled directly in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, go to Google Play and manage your subscriptions there. If you need help, contact us and we will assist you.

I am having trouble logging in. What do I do?

PositivePathways uses a one-time passcode to log in. Simply enter your email or phone number on the login screen and we will send you a code to verify your identity. If you are not receiving the code, check your spam folder or make sure your phone number is entered correctly. Still having trouble? Email us at support@joinpositivepathways.com and we will get you sorted.

How do I report another user?

You can report a user directly from their profile inside the app. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of their profile and select Report. Our team reviews every report and takes action within 24 hours. You can also email us directly if the situation requires immediate attention.

Is my information private and secure?

Yes. PositivePathways is built with privacy as a foundation. We do not sell your data. Screenshot protection is enabled by default. Your health information and community activity are never shared with third parties. For full details review our Privacy Policy.

I have a bug or technical issue. How do I report it?

Email us at support@joinpositivepathways.com with a description of the issue, what device and operating system you are using, and any screenshots if possible. We take every bug report seriously and use them to improve the app.

How do I request a refund?

For App Store purchases, refund requests are handled directly through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit your request. For Google Play purchases, visit the Google Play help center. If you need additional assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
